Ovulation Calendar Diary App Reviews

This app seems to do what it is meant to except for one vital flaw...for those of us who have longer amounts of time between periods, the calendar doesnt work correctly. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP TO INCLUDE UP TO 50 DAYS BETWEEN PERIODS AT LEAST!!! For the money it should work properly and not discriminate against those of us women whos cycles are a bit less frequent.

Thanks for the pro upgrade but app store doesnt recognize me with pro version. However it doesnt seem like i am gettong the full pro version. Also I didnt expect the loss of feature. I bought the original app partly because it gives a prediction of conceiving a boy or girl... Also, security feature would be good...

the app worked really well for me, until i d/l the update... i dont even know how to work it now! =(

The calendar is too slow. It takes several seconds when you want to browse the calendar.

I found that it was ok for a while and now it seems to have some glitches. Of has my period and my ovulation time together... Doesnt make sence. Hopefully they can fix this soon.

i used this app for over a year and it was very good, and so were the developers in listening to people and making improvements. however, not so anymore! this new upgrade (vs 4.1) is very innacurate and they dont seem to care (ive notified them 3 times before placing this review). it seems they are busy with their mirror app "ovulator" (in an attempt maybe to force people into spending another 5 bucks). in any case, im done. today i purchased another developers app which has a way better user interface (looks much nicer), accurate data (important), much higher rating, and bonus: it is way cheaper. so id hold off if i was you, at least until the people that will be patient enough to stick with this app give it an improved rating. otherwise do as i did... look elsewhere.

Its painfully obvious to me that this app was created by men who have no idea of womens cycles at all. It assumes that a womans cycle will be the same length each month when it could be shorter or longer one month from the next. Having an irregular cycle is more common than not and this app doesnt allow you to record that information accurately. A complete waste of money.

I agree with number two above. The program is good in theory but is rendered useless by its flaws. Save your money for now and use paper and pencil until the functionality is improved.

I like the interface but was disappointed to learn it does not keep a history. Without a history you cant tell how regular you are, if you accidently entered in a date wrong or several other historical type things. Having used Women Mobile on a Nokia phone in the past I guess I just took it for granted. Visit their web page for more info that might help you determine if this is for you.

Its a nice-looking application but needs to be able to account for women with irregular cycles, enter history, etc. Also, for those trying to get pregnant, would be cool if we could note when "attempts" were made. ;o)

This app is good but only for someone with regular periods. If your slightly to extreme irregular, this is not for you. Wont work

put a reminder in your calendar, same effect wasted money

Is true that it might not work with women with irregular cycles (like me) but I still went ahead and got it hoping that with an update it will improve. It needs to store a history and the ability to store events, specially when woman use the temperature, stick or saliva microscope to check for fertile days. I record those in the iPod calendar. So far is accurate with the fertility days given by the ovulation calendar, when checked with the other methods I use.

Does not work for women with irregular periods, please try to update, not everyone is regular. We also need to keep a record for our irregular periods.

I paid $5 dollors for this app... WHY??? For the price of it, it should be way better... Does it even save data, or be able to put notes... I like to see inprovments on this application before I change my rating on it...

The whole reason we bought this was to track when to concieve a boy, I updated and now the option is gone. I want my money back.

Wish I had not spent $5 on this. There ate better ones out there. Save yourself the money!

This version is terrible, not friendly and the option of gender was missed, really this is not an upgrade it was a mistake.
